Joe specializes in creating diverse portfolios in seeking to meet the diverse needs of retirees, small business owners, as well as foundations & endowments.
Joe is a Mount Vernon native and has established himself as an active member of the local community.
He is a graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Management.
Joe believes in giving back to his local community and is actively involved in the Skagit Rotary, was a past member of the Mount Vernon Planning Commission, as well as served as a Mount Vernon City Council Member for thirteen years. Joe is a current Skagit PUD Commissioner. Joe enjoys running, water- skiing and spending time with his wife, Stefanie; daughters, Annika and Emilia.
